Skills Required:  Good Communication skill required for Business Development, Direct Sales, Real Estate, Property, Marketing.

Job responsible would be :

1) Senior level Managers would be worked for generating sales with existing customers and developing opportunities with new customers within assigned territory.

2) Schedule and conduct weekly sales meetings and achieving targets .

3) Meeting/Liaising and correspondence with Defence and Paramilitary  forces for expending the relationship  between  Defence and Paramilitary forces and company  and also increasing the spread of Scheme /Plans  with their personnel/officers and up-to-date status of service, pricing and new products release launches and in other supportive measures  for increasing business opportunities through various routes to market.

4) Co-ordination with Group and Company in all relevant.

5) Setting sales targets for individual reps and your team as a whole by developing sales strategies.

6) Monitoring your team’s performance and motivating them to reach targets.

7) Collecting customer feedback and market research .
